The Depression Kiss

Sometimes depression is like an old paint difficult to remove...
But I read somewhere that depression persists because there is something to be changed in a radical way. Maybe the person does not want to go back to the usual routine. Behind a strong block there is always a reason, which is under the paint and that must be brought to light. That is to say: find out the "exit door".
